Shipping Policy

Local pickup in Tampa

Local pickup is free. After you place your order we will contact you to arrange a pickup time that works for you.

Free insured nationwide shipping

Every PC we ship is carefully packed and fully insured, and shipping is free. We ship within the United States. We do not add a shipping charge to your order. Sales tax, where it applies, is added separately at checkout.

You choose local pickup or shipping at checkout. If you choose shipping, you will enter your delivery address on Stripe's secure payment page.

Shipping times

• Ships within 1–3 days. Once your order is placed and paid, we pack your PC and ship it within 1–3 days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 days after it ships, depending on where you live and the carrier.
• Ships from Tampa, Florida (Tampa EDS LLC, 5110 S Manhattan Ave, Tampa, FL 33611), to addresses within the United States.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and carrier delays can add time, and we email you the tracking details as soon as your order ships.

After you order

• We contact you to confirm your order and arrange pickup or delivery.
• When your order ships, we email you the shipping and tracking details.
• Every PC is performance-tested and burn-in tested before it leaves us.

When your PC arrives

Please check the package when it arrives. If the box is damaged, note it with the carrier and email us right away at sales@tampaeds.com with photos of the box and the computer. Because every shipment is insured, we will help you with the claim.
