Agreeing to these terms

By using tampaeds.com or placing an order with Tampa EDS, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

tampaeds.com is run by Tampa EDS LLC (“Tampa EDS”), a computer business based in Tampa, Florida, at 5110 S Manhattan Ave, Tampa, FL 33611. You can reach us at sales@tampaeds.com or (727) 455-8049. More about us is on our About & contact page.

Our products

We sell refurbished and custom gaming computers. Most builds are one of a kind and only one is available. We do our best to describe every PC, its parts, and its photos accurately. If we find a mistake in a listing, we may correct it.

Because a build is usually a single unit, we may cancel an order if the PC is no longer available or the listing contained an error. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of what you paid within 7 days.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax. Sales tax is added to your order at checkout where it applies, based on where your PC is delivered (or Tampa for local pickup). Local pickup in Tampa and shipping within the United States are free. Orders ship from Tampa within 1–3 days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 days after shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If financing is offered at checkout, it is provided by a third party and is subject to that provider's terms.

Your order is not final until you have completed payment and we have confirmed it with you.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Every refurbished gaming computer has a 14-day return window under our Return Policy, which also explains when your refund is issued (within 7 days after we receive the returned PC), who pays return shipping, and the condition the PC must be returned in. Every PC also has a 1-year warranty under our Warranty.

Using the site

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to interfere with the site, break its security, or use it to send us false or harmful information.

Our content and other brands

The text, photos, and design of this site belong to Tampa EDS. Please do not copy them without our permission. Names and logos of component makers such as NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to give you a PC that performs as described. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tampa EDS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost income, or lost use of the computer, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Back up your important data. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with the date above, applies to your use of the site.
